The VMM – Virtual Music Magazine (www.thevmm.com) and Nu Communicate Recordings (www.nucommunicaterecordings.com) team up to offer you the chance to remix “Flashback” by Ben Alonzi & 7 Baltic. This remix competition is for experienced and aspiring producers alike and we encourage all participants to remix in the specific genres of Uplifting, Tech Trance and Progressive Trance, the styles associated with Nu Communicate Recordings.

Nu Communicate has released tracks by leading up and coming artists over the past year, including Active Limbic System, Snoww & Dj T.H., Mindful innovations, Myk Bee & Tech Trek, Pete Silver, Tim Besamusca, 7 Baltic, Sebastian Hunter, Haig & Raffi , Adriz & Ben Alonzi plus many more well know artists within the dance scene. Nu Communicate is constantly being supported by the worlds Number ones within the music spectrum as it continues to grow at a rapid pace.
The Competition Stages:
First Stage. (June 20th)– Download stage. Download the remix parts which will be available until – (July 18th)
Second Stage. July 18th – July 22nd – Upload/ Submission stage. Send your remix by link to: competition@nucommunicaterecordings.com
Final Stage. August 5th – Nu Communicate Recordings, will chooses winning remixes.

The Prize:
The 2 lucky Remix winners will be given a full Release in late 2011 on Nu Communicate Recordings supported with PR promotion worth £150 that includs a VMM Hot News post, an In The Spotlight Artist Interview and Release Review of the Remix Release from The VMM e-magazine for Dance Music that reaches over 75 countries weekly from around the globe UK to India, Dubai, USA and Europe the VMM is now one of the leading Globel Dance Music information portals & e-magazines.
Terms and Conditions:
IMPORTANT: THIS REMIX PACK END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND (Nu Communicate Recordings). READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING AND USING THE REMIX PACK. THIS AGREEMENT GRANTS YOU A LICENSE TO USE THE REMIX PACK AND CONTAINS WARRANTY INFORMATION AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS. BY DOWNLOADING AND USING THE REMIX PACK, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
All who enter the VMM / Nu Communicate Recordings Remix competition are permitted the right to use the works for the following purposes.
You May do:
• Remix the audio available in the Remix Pack
• Mix the audio available in the Remix Pack
• Upload your work to enter the VMM NuCR Remix competition to : competition@nucommunicaterecordings.com
Restrictions: You may not:
• You may not Release for broadcast.
• You may not Publish to the general public
• You may not Sell or give the Remix Pack or part of it to anyone else
• You may not Release for sale in any format
• You may not use for advertising
• You may not use for Film / TV or any other media
• You may not Infringe anyone’s copyright in making your own original mix from the Remix Pack
Agreement Terms & Conditions.
• The Remix Pack for “Flashback” by Ben Alonzi & 7 Baltic is the property and copyright of Nu Communicate Recordings, its holds the Recording Licensors and/or the relevant music rights at all times.
• The Remix Pack for “Flashback” by Ben Alonzi & 7 Baltic has been made available to you for the sole purpose of taking part in the VMM NuCR Remix competition 2011.
• You may download the “Flashback” by Ben Alonzi & 7 Baltic Remix Pack and use them only if you intend to comply to these terms and conditions and agree that you intend to enter and submit your Remix.
• Your re-mixes/creations for the VMM /NuCR Remix Competition shall be termed Derivative Works for the purposes of this agreement. The copyright in these Derivative Works shall remain the copyright of Nu Communicate Recordings.
• You hereby warrant that you will not make the Derivative Works available to the public without a valid license from Nu Communicate Recordings save for uploading your remixes to competition@nucommunicaterecordings.com which is permitted under the terms of this license.
• Participating remix producers inherit no rights to produce commercially their entry either for commercial sale, promotion or download, free or otherwise, without arrangements with the copyright of Nu Communicate Recordings.
• Subject only to rights herein above granted to you, all rights of every kind and nature in said “Flashback” by Ben Alonzi & 7 Baltic Remix Pack are reserved to Nu Communicate Recordings together with all rights of use thereof.
• You warrant that you will not infringe anyone’s Intellectual Property Rights in creating your Remix.
• Nu Communicate Recordings and/or its affiliates, agents or Licensees shall be entitled to distribute the Winning Remix Works for commercial purposes in any format whether now known or hereafter invented throughout the world in perpetuity.
• Any public release of the remixer’s production will contain their name in production credits.
• Nothing herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership or co-authorship or co-ownership between you and any of the copyright holders either in and/or to the master rights or the publishers/composers rights.
• By downloading and using the “Flashback” by Ben Alonzi & 7 Baltic Remix Remix Pack you hereby accept the terms of this agreement.
• This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England, the courts of which shall be courts of competent jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to refuse or remove mixes, files, comments, content of any kind without reference to you.
