What a month it’s been for new music and this E.P is no different from the man that releases good tunes nearly every month. Usually I would only review one track from an E.P but I feel that its necessary to give all 3 tracks in this E.P a short mention. I’d have to say that Mirage is the track that I am most excited by as it is simply a melodical haven infused with that familiar Eric Prydz energy that he nails so well in all of his tracks. Juletider is the track of the E.P for those that would like a bit more of a grimy energy on a dancefloor but still has a wonderful melodic top line and synths throughout that compliment the aggression of the bassline that lies below it. With Me is the 3rd and final track of the e.p. I personally do like it but I doubt it’s something that I would play out as a DJ. It has a very European sound to it but it’s a nice addition to have a vocal track on the E.P. I do actually really like the lead melody in this track and Eric has given it his underground touch too but I think that this is for a more commercial audience. Nice e.p from the Swede here!!
