Armin van Buuren No.1 Record breaker!

Armin van Buuren has again been voted the world’s best DJ in the 2010 DJ Mag Awards. It is the fourth time in a row the 34-year-old Dutchman has been ranked first on the annual top 100 of the UK music magazine DJ Mag claiming the title No.1 DJ.
Each year DJ Mag holds an election among its readership, and a Top 100 is drawn up based on readers’ entries. This year Armin Van Buuren held off once again the French DJ David Guetta who came second, which pushed fellow Dutch DJ Tiësto down to third place.
His fourth title makes Armin van Buuren the record holder for this award. Also this is Armin’s third world title this year. He was proclaimed ‘Best Global DJ’ at the International Dance Music Awards 2010 and also best Trance DJ at the 2010 Ibiza DJ Awards.
In addition to being the world’s best DJ Armin van Buuren is becoming one of the most widely known DJs with the Dutchman even having a Wii game named for him: Armin van Buuren: In the Mix. For the past ten years, the Dutch DJ has also presented his own radio show: A State of Trance. The two-hour show is broadcast in more than 30 countries world wide and clearly shows that this is his solid fan base that once again has propelled him to DJ Mag No.1 DJ in the world for the four year in a row.
